Promise I won't bore you all with every single day's meal, however must comment on the Tandoori from last night. SERIOUSLY?? Where has this been hiding. All my favorites; garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cayenne, lime juice and a touch of cinnamon. Wowza. It's a burst in your mouth flavor. You sautee the spices in a little oil then split them - one portion for massaging into the scored chicken parts (with skin), the other portion you mix with yogurt and more lime juice to reserve for later.
